Desired Profile
We are looking for an astute and passionate digital designer who will interact with various teams to conceptualize, build and manage various parts of our products.
The teams you will work with and associated responsibilities include:
1. Developers: Improve product through improved UI/UX. Work with developers to implement these suggestions.
2. Website team: Suggestions for improvement of existing web pages and creation of new pages using latest design techniques and standards.
3. Social media team: Create banners, images and suitable digital content for different social media platforms. Also create digital content for different ad platforms.
4. Customers: Understand their problems and build solutions to address them using innovative design approaches.
5. Animation team: Build videos for customer training and marketing. Interact with video production agencies to build engaging video content.
6. Sales and marketing teams: Build decks, mailer designs, infographics that engage prospects


Capabilities:
1. Very strong digital design capabilities with good knowledge of tools such as photoshop, gimp etc
2. Good knowledge of UI/UX principles and exposure to existing frameworks such as material design, bootstrap
3. Indepth knowledge of CSS and HTML
4. Capability to create explainer videos using suitable tools
5. Knowledge of WordPress platform and themes such as generatepress.
6. Programming (such as PHP) is desirable but not mandatory.
7. Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools such as powerpoint and word.
Experience: We are looking for high energy individuals with all or most of the above capabilities and strong communication skills.

Ideal candidate should have 2+ years of corporate work experience but we are open to speaking with you if you are looking for your first job and strongly believe you meet the above skills

Education: Should be extremely passionate about digital design. While not mandatory, graduate or higher in any discipline will be preferred.
We encourage WFH and have a dedicated office in Noida if you prefer to work from an office. We support flexi hours.
