Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to bring user-friendly designs to life.

Responsibilities

• Research & Analysis : Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
• UI Design : Design responsive user interfaces that are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with the brand's identity.
• UX Design : Develop intuitive, user-friendly, and efficient user experiences based on insights from user research and testing.
• Design Systems : Maintain and enhance design systems, ensuring consistency in design patterns, components, and styles across all platforms.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and iterate on design solutions.
• Testing & Validation : Conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and make data-driven improvements to designs.
• Stay Updated : Keep up with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process.

Requirements

• Experience : [1+] years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role in designing web and mobile applications.
• Design Tools : Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Prototyping Tools : Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or similar.
• User Research : Experience conducting user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Knowledge of Design Principles : Strong understanding of user-centered design, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and information architecture.
• Front-End Awareness : Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus, ensuring feasibility of designs.
• Communication Skills : Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design ideas clearly.
• Portfolio : A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work, demonstrating process, problem-solving skills, and design thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• bachelors degree(preferred)
• Experience designing for various platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
• Experience with animation and interaction design.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
