We are seeking a talented and creative UI & UX Designer to join our dynamic team, The UI & UX Designer will play a critical role in designing user interfaces and experiences that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to create user-centered designs that are both functional and visually appealing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring your designs to life and ensure they meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

User-Centered Design:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide design decisions.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and detailed UI designs using Adobe XD or Figma.

UI & UX Design:

• Design visually compelling and brand-consistent interfaces using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.
• Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Present and defend design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Continuously seek user feedback and conduct usability tests to improve designs.
• Identify opportunities for improving the overall user experience and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI & UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and proficiency in creating user-centered designs.
• Understanding of design principles, user experience methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.
• Experience in designing for a variety of platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop applications.
