Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 1 year of real-time professional experience in crafting user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to design intuitive and immersive user experiences that align with business goals and user needs.

Your expertise in creating user-centered designs, conducting usability studies, and addressing UX challenges will be integral to delivering impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product teams and engineers to design efficient systems.
• Design user-focused web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user feedback.
• Address and resolve UX challenges, including cross-platform design functionality and responsiveness.
• Develop style guides, design systems, and engaging user interfaces based on project requirements.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
• Illustrate design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design graphic UI elements, including menus, tabs, widgets, and interactive components.
• Build intuitive navigation elements such as buttons, input fields, and search features.
• Create and refine UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate functionality and aesthetics.
• Develop original graphics, such as images, sketches, and tables, to enhance designs.
• Present drafts to teams and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback to improve usability and functionality.
• Ensure consistency by adhering to style standards, including fonts, colors, and imagery.

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of real-time professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
