Job Description

UI Design: Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web and mobile

applications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and design standards.

• UX Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.

Analyze data to inform design decisions and improvements.

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively

communicate design concepts and interactions.

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and

other designers to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into designs.

• Development: Implement designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.

Ensure designs are responsive and work across various devices and browsers.

• Usability: Optimize user interfaces for maximum usability and performance. Identify and address

usability issues through iterative design and testing.

• Maintenance: Continuously improve and maintain existing designs and user interfaces,

incorporating feedback and evolving best practices.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent

experience.

• Experience: 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and development. Experience with responsive

design and mobile-first design principles is a plus.

• Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma,

or similar.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is advantageous.
• Knowledge of UX research methods and usability testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
