Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into seamless user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine designs and enhance user satisfaction.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
• Work in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting to changes and contributing to the startup's evolving goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-4 years in UI/UX design, preferably in consumer focused web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency: Strong expertise in Figma
• Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating experience in designing engaging user experiences and interfaces.
• Knowledge: Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Research: Ability to conduct user research, analyze insights, and integrate them into the design process.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methods to stay at the forefront of design innovation.
• Critical Thinking: Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with motion design or animation tools.
