Experience: 0-2+ years :
We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma to design engaging and user-centric interfaces for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a thorough understanding of user experience principles. Responsibilities: • + Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
+ Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
+ Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
+ Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
+ Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices.
+ Provide input on the overall user experience strategy and help define user journeys.
+ Ensure that all designs comply with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Requirements: • + Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
+ Proficient in Figma and other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
+ Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
+ Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
+ Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
+ Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
