Role Description: We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to create stunning interfaces that are both intuitive and visually appealing. As a full-time, on-site Designer in Surat, you will work closely with our team to develop creative designs and user flows for web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and iterating user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms Conducting user research and A/B testing to inform design decisions Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and clients Creating wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts Iterating designs based on user feedback and usability testing Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across web and mobile platforms Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Design, Computer Science or a related field Excellent communication and collaboration skills
