Job Description

• 3+ years of industry experience as a UI/UX designer in a cross-functional UI/UX team, dedicated to the complete UI/UX design and development lifecycle of several successfully launched desktop and mobile applications.
• Mastery of the interactive Development Process - Thorough knowledge and experience in planning, documenting, and leading interactive projects (Web, Mobile App, Intranet, Web App). Immersed in UX best practices.
• Translate requirements from the PRDs into concepts into wireframes and mock-ups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders on high-fidelity interactive prototypes, design validation, and improvement.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
• Working knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of web front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap as well as Material Design.
• Drive and willingness to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in other types of designs (online ads, print, etc.) will be an advantage
• Turn UI/UX designs into prototypes, create excellent interactions from designs, write reusable content modules, and maintainability the code
• Manage project iterations with quick turnarounds on mission-critical systems with a high bias for action
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs in applications, and devise solutions to ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
