Responsibilities:

User Research & Analysis:
Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to improve user experience.
Create user personas, journey maps, and conduct usability testing.
Design & Prototyping:
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
Develop high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design consistency across all branding materials.
Tool Proficiency:
Utilize Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) to create and refine designs.
Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance design workflows and output quality.
Motion Graphics:
Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance user interaction and experience.
Develop animated UI elements and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure designs are implemented correctly by working closely with the development team during the build process.
