Role Overview

I am looking for a dynamic, smart, and creative UI/UX Designer who will play a pivotal role in designing and enhancing the digital presence of Grras Solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with website layouts, emailer designs, landing pages, eBooks, and newsletters. This person should not only be skilled in design tools but also efficient, proactive, and a team player who thrives under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Design :

a. Develop responsive and aesthetically appealing website layouts.

b. Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation.

2. Emailers and Newsletters :

a. Design email templates and newsletters that align with brand guidelines.

b. Ensure designs are optimized for various devices and platforms.

3. Landing Pages :

a. Create high-converting landing page designs with a strong focus on user experience and lead generation.

4. eBook Design :

a. Conceptualize and design visually engaging eBooks and guides.

b. Optimize designs for readability and engagement.

5. Team Collaboration :

a. Work closely with marketing, development, and content teams to bring ideas to life.

b. Incorporate feedback and criticism constructively.

6. Other Creative Tasks :

a. Design banners, ads, and graphics for social media and promotional campaigns.

b. Contribute to brainstorming sessions with innovative ideas.

RequirementsTechnical Skills:

1. Design Tools :

a. Figma : Proficient in creating wireframes, prototypes, and layouts.

b. Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator : Expertise in creating polished designs and illustrations.

c. Sketch (optional) : Knowledge of collaborative design tools.

2. Coding :

a. Strong understanding of HTML and CSS .

b. Ability to make quick design fixes and ensure designs are developer friendly.

3. UI/UX Best Practices :

a. Deep understanding of spacing, color theory, typography, and user-centric design.

b. Experience with creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Professional Experience :

o 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design or similar roles.

Pay: ?10,986.34 - ?25,000.00 per month
