Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and creating seamless user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, to design solutions that align with user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research:
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Analyze user feedback and activity to improve the overall user experience.
• UI/UX Design:
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design patterns.
• Ensure designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet accessibility standards.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and functionality of designs.
• Work with product managers to align designs with project requirements and goals.
• Testing and Validation:
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Iterate designs based on user testing and data analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
