Key Responsibilities


• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and functional designs.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design and prototype UI for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and implement necessary improvements in designs.
• Present and defend designs to peers and executive-level stakeholders, ensuring they are aligned with user needs and technical feasibility.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain the highest level of quality in your work.
• Work within the brand guidelines but also push boundaries for innovative user interface designs.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented as envisioned.


Required Skills


• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, including user-centered design methodologies and usability testing.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for both mobile and web platforms.
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first UI strategies.
• Familiarity with design systems and version control using tools like Zeplin or InVision. Excellent communication skills to present your ideas and work with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively to solve user problems.
