As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and improving user interfaces and user experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs that meet both user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups to illustrate design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the implementation of designs meets the desired standards.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve and iterate on designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and style guide.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
• Quarterly bonus
• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• UX: 1 year (Required)
• UI: 1 year (Required)
