Job Description

• Designing User Interfaces: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms based on usability principles and best practices.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
• Visual Design: Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, style guides, and specifications.
• Responsive Design: Ensure designs are responsive and adapt well to various screen sizes and devices.
• User Research: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve designs and user experience.
• Tools and Technologies: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and evolving technologies in UI design.

Qualifications:

• Education: A degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. A portfolio demonstrating UI design skills is often required.
• Experience: Previous experience as a UI designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Understanding of front-end development frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Strong visual design skills, including color theory, typography, and layout.
• Attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to translate user needs into design solutions.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to design projects.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
