Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces based on design specifications, user research, and industry best practices.

- Work with product managers, designers, and developers to define user needs and incorporate feedback into design solutions.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and make data-driven design decisions. Analyze user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

- Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.

- Ensure designs are responsive and work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.

- Uphold and contribute to the design system and style guides to maintain consistency across all digital platforms.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to implement designs and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX solutions.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance your skills and apply new knowledge to your work.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.

Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design and UX work, including examples of web and mobile applications.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.

Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
