Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences across web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create designs that solve real user problems while aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI Design : Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites, apps, and other digital products.
• UX Research : Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• User Testing : Conduct and analyze usability tests, making design iterations based on user feedback.
• Design Systems : Help develop and maintain consistent design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Responsive Design : Design mobile-first, responsive layouts to ensure the best user experience across a variety of devices.
• Stay Updated : Keep up to date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of web and mobile design standards, HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
• Experience working with Agile development teams.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience in designing for e-commerce platforms or SaaS products.
