The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.Job Location: Remote / On-Site in BangaloreJob Type : Full Time/Part Time Responsibilities: -Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs. -Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualise design concepts and interactions. -Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms. -Develop style guides and design systems to maintain visual coherence and brand identity. -Collaborate with front-end developers to implement designs and ensure technical feasibility. -Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results. -Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences. -Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously improve design processes and outcomes. - Occasionally design marketing and other design assets as needed. Requirements: -Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field. -Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with at least 3 of experience in designing digital products. -Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar. -Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices. -Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout. -Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas. -Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. -Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders. - Ability to conduct user interviews and get user inputs from other quantitative and qualitative methods. -Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
