Position: UI/UX Designer Faculty

Location: Mudaliarpet, Puducherry

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Teach and mentor students on the fundamentals and advanced concepts of UI/UX Design .
• Develop and deliver engaging, hands-on learning modules and projects that align with current industry standards.
• Guide students through real-world projects, case studies, and live assignments.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and help them build impressive portfolios.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and teaching approach.
• Provide insights on industry best practices and help students prepare for job interviews and freelancing opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• In-depth knowledge of design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, User Interface (UI) design, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Prior teaching experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to break down complex design concepts into simple, understandable lessons.
