Job Description

• Analyze user feedback and usability data to improve designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and mockups to visualize design ideas.
• Design interactive user flows and journey maps to ensure functionality aligns with user goals.
• Develop visually appealing interfaces in line with brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in visual elements, typography and color schemes.
• Work closely with product managers, developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are properly implemented.
• Conduct usability tests to validate design choices and identify areas for improvement.
• Iterate designs based on test results and user feedback.
• Create and maintain a design system for reusable components and patterns.
• Ensure scalability and consistency across products.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of front-end frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with design systems and responsive design principles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail with a user-centered mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
