Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. You will collaborate with developers to deliver high-quality design solutions that enhance user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver user-centered interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project requirements.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve the design iteratively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design, as well as emerging technologies.
• Optimize designs for different devices and screen sizes to ensure responsiveness.
• Present and justify design solutions to stakeholders, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating responsive, mobile-first designs.
• Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about user experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
