PROFILE - UI/UX DESIGNER

We are looking for a talented UI/UX & Graphic Designer ( Experience above 2 years) to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. Proficiency in After Effects is a must, along with skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze user requirements and behavior to design user-friendly interfaces.

Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.

Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve design.

Stay up-to-date with design application changes and industry developments.

Ensure all design elements, templates and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings.

Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience

Hands-on experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Design Softwares - XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)

Knowledge in Figma & Sketch

Excellent visual design skills and sensitivity to user-system interactions

Good presentations and communication skills while presenting design solutions to the stakeholders

Experience to handle design projects individually

Problem-solving skills and ability to provide good design solutions

Familiar with the latest trends of the UI/UX world and trending technologies

Awareness of the possibilities and limitations of developments.
