Your designs will drive user engagement and enhance user experiences, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative process, from brainstorming to final design, for responsive web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research to gain insights into needs, behaviors, and pain points, shaping the design strategy.
• Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished high-fidelity UI designs that captivate users.
• Ensure your designs are responsive, accessible, and meet industry best practices and standards.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to align design with technical and business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by testing designs, gathering feedback, and refining experiences.
• Build and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and applying the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Clearly communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, with a passion for delivering intuitive and delightful experiences.
• Experience designing responsive interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with development teams.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your creative UI/UX design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows is a bonus.
• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
