Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prioritizing clean design, scalability, modularity, and componentization.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and information architectures.
• Create high quality prototypes and animations in figma and all other required tools for interaction design.
• Collaborate with the dev team with the goal to understand whether the design is possible to implement.
• Contribute to and maintain a style guide as new components are designed.
• Ensure adherence to accessibility requirements.
• Keep up to date with general UI trends, best practices, design principles, and toolsets.
• Communicate/demonstrate the value and rationale of UX decisions to stakeholders.
• Partner with users, clients, product managers, and software developers to define requirements, user workflows, and UI mockups.
• Be able to understand customer requirements and translate them into relevant UX features .
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Requirements

• Prior experience of 2+ years working in a UI/UX design or similar role.
• Familiarity with UI design patterns.
• Familiarity with popular design tools like Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Indesign Portfolio showcasing an eye for detail.
• Taking ownership in delivering a project end to end.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• UI/UX Design: 2 years (Required)
• Front-end Designing: 2 years (Preferred)
