We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to transform our software into intuitive, user-friendly products for our clients. Your role will be pivotal in gathering user requirements, creating graphic elements, and building navigation components. The ideal candidate will have experience with design software, wireframe tools, and a portfolio that showcases professional projects, including work on web and mobile applications.



Ultimately, you will design both functional and visually appealing features that address client needs and contribute to growing our customer base.



• Gathering User Requirements
+ Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and clients to understand business goals and user needs.
+ Conduct user research (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing) to gather insights that inform design decisions.


• Wireframing and Prototyping
+ Convert wireframes into high-fidelity, interactive prototypes to communicate design vision.
+ Ensure designs are user-friendly, responsive, and adhere to best practices in UI/UX design.


• Designing User Interfaces (UI)
+ Create cohesive, branded design elements ensuring consistency across platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet).
+ Develop and maintain a UI style guide or design system to streamline the design process.


• Collaborating with Developers
+ Work closely with front-end and back-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of the designed UI.


• Optimizing User Experience (UX)
+ Continuously evaluate user feedback through A/B testing and analytics tools.
+ Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance usability and satisfaction.

### Duties

• User Research and Analysis
+ Conduct in-depth research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.


• Designing Prototypes and Mockups
+ Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather early feedback.


• User Interface (UI) Development
+ Implement clean, well-structured HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript code following front-end standards.


• Collaboration with Product and Development Teams
+ Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs align with technical requirements and project timelines.


• Testing and Iteration
+ Conduct usability and A/B testing on prototypes to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
+ Collaborate with QA teams to test user interfaces for bugs, ensuring a seamless user experience.


• Design System Management
+ Create and maintain a consistent design system across all projects.
+ Standardize typography, color palettes, and UI components for uniformity across platforms.

### Qualifications

• Education :


Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computers or an equivalent field.
• Pre-Requisite Tools/Technologies :


Experience with Figma , Adobe XD , Prototyping , Wireframing , HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript .
• Additional Skills (Preferred) :


Experience with React JS , Next JS , Angular JS , or any JS frameworks will be a plus.
