Job description



We are looking for a Creative UI/UX Designer! Who will be passionate about design and have a strong understanding of current trends to interpret our clients' needs and create visually striking solutions. You'll collaborate closely with our designers and sales team to ensure our clients' messages are communicated with high visual impact.




Job Responsibilities:



• Design Creation : Develop visually engaging and intuitive designs for web and mobile applications using tools like Adobe XD or Figma.
• Front-End Development : Translate designs into clean, responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code. Create flexible layouts and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Bootstrap & Beyond : Work with Bootstrap to expedite development when appropriate, and also create custom styles and components without Bootstrap to meet project-specific needs.
• WordPress Integration : Customize and develop WordPress themes and plugins to align with design specifications. Ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Graphic Design : Design high-quality graphics, icons, and other visual elements to enhance user interfaces and experiences.
• User Experience : Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions. Develop user personas, user flows, and wireframes to improve usability.
• Collaboration : Partner with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are practical and meet project goals.
• Optimization : Implement best practices for design performance and accessibility, and optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes.





Key Requirements:



• Experience : 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX design with a robust portfolio demonstrating your skills and achievements.
• Technical Proficiency : Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience working with and without Bootstrap for responsive design. Proficient in WordPress development and customization. Skilled in design tools like Adobe XD or Figma. Strong graphic design abilities for creating compelling visual assets.
• Responsive Design : Ability to create and implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
• Creativity & Attention to Detail : A strong eye for design aesthetics, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with current design trends.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present design ideas and collaborate with team members.
• Problem-Solving : Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming design challenges.
