Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Specialist in Mobile and Web Applications)

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years of specialized experience in designing mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of Apple and Google Play design standards, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to interpret project requirement documents to create outstanding user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging user interface designs for mobile and web applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and concepts while adhering to Apple and Google Play design guidelines.
• Design pixel-perfect, visually appealing user interfaces with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and seamless user interactions.
• Conduct user research, user testing, and gather feedback to iteratively enhance the user experience and optimize designs based on user insights.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in the mobile app and web design domains, and incorporate relevant advancements into design processes.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across various platforms and devices by establishing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of designs, providing design assets, annotations, and guidance throughout the development cycle.
• Effectively present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and solutions to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance designs.
• Advocate for design excellence and a user-centric approach within the organization, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on mobile and web applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
• Excellent understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design standards.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design processes.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of mobile and web application designs and demonstrating an understanding of design standards and user-centered design practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
