Overview
PENNEP is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer to join the client's dynamic design team. In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of UI/UX design. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about exploring a career in UI/UX design, providing exposure to a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to comprehend user behaviours, needs, and motivations, and analyse findings to guide design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for visualizing and communicating design concepts.
• Design visually appealing and user-intuitive interfaces aligning with brand guidelines, elevating the overall user experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and fellow designers, ensuring an integrated and effective design process.
• Assist in planning and executing usability testing sessions, collecting feedback, and participating in design iteration.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including design specifications, style guides, and design patterns.

Qualification

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with openness to feedback and a willingness to iterate on designs.
