: We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create seamless, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles, design tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality designs for web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs that clearly communicate design concepts and user flows.
• UI Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and deliver a visually appealing experience across devices.
• User Flow & Interaction Design: Develop user flows, interactions, and interface elements that optimize usability and enhance the overall user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure the seamless execution of design concepts and functionality.
• Feedback: Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve design and usability.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to validate designs and identify potential areas for improvement.
• Design Systems: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms and products.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design work for digital products.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with responsive design and designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (knowledge of front-end development is a plus).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and iterate quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual design aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
