Role Overview: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs. You will be responsible for crafting visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand identity and elevate the overall user experience. Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs. - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. - Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with the overall brand identity and enhance the user experience. - Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all platforms and devices. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user insights. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve our product. - Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs and provide support during the development process. - Actively participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional meetings to contribute ideas and insights. Requirements: - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in visual & UI design for digital products, preferably in a fintech or related industry. - Experience in crafting the UI for mobile applications in a product company. - Excellent skills in visual design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. - Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and attention to detail. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities. - A bachelor\'s degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or related field is preferred. - If you are passionate about creating beautiful and functional visual designs that help people save and invest in gold, then we would love to hear from you.
