As our UI/UX Designer, you\'ll be responsible for designing and delivering features and improvements that support the Decisions Platform. A UI/UX designer is responsible for communicating with key stakeholders, developers, and fellow designers to collaborate, wireframe, and design pixel-precise assets that can be implemented into the decisions platform. Decisions is a highly complex platform that allows customers to automate anything. You\'ll report to the UI/UX Design Lead to set project expectations and collaborate and review design initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with all aspects of the business to assist in maintaining consistent design principles to elevate the customer experience. You will strive to create and deliver exceptionally crafted designs that are built with the customer in mind. Collaborate with the product team to strategize and set clear deliverables, communicate with the development team to understand any implementation requirements, present and communicate concepts clearly and effectively, conduct research to help support key design decisions, and assist the UI/UX design lead with any product team requests. This role will require you to be flexible, agile, and a good communicator. In addition, you\'ll keep a pulse on design best practices to stay ahead of the competition Key Objectives Objective #1: Design, Build, Deliver and Empower Design and deliver highly detailed design concepts for implementation Able to provide several design concepts for internal review and brainstorm Have a basic understanding of CSS Collaborate honestly and openly with fellow product team colleagues Share work early and often with an open mind for feedback and critique Provide visual guidelines for implementation Be a design champion to uphold design principles within the organization Objective #2: Create, communicate and empathize Must be a good listener and willing to hear feedback with an open mind Must be able to organize and keep track of short-term and long-term tasks Communicate effectively with stakeholders to define project requirements, deadlines, and customer pain points Be able to work alongside customer success stakeholders to take note of key customer needs Objective #3: Manage and Uphold Have strong experience designing in figma/sketch and experience in using and maintaining components and styles Have the ability to prototype and mock up designs for company presentations Be able to collaborate with the marketing design team to provide them with any product-related assets for cross-functional projects.
