Job Overview

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and contribute to creating exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Omniture, Telerik, Agile methodologies, and data visualization tools
• Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
• Experience in creating motion graphics is a plus
• Knowledge of business requirements, product development processes, visual design principles, web technologies
