About the Role :We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for AI Saarthi. You will play a key role in designing interfaces that are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with the platform's goals.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for the AI Saarthi platform.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs effectively.
• Ensure a consistent design language across the platform.
• Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Maintain design documentation and style guides.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with developers.

Pay: ?13,622.56 - ?40,311.47 per month
