Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer at Qualwebs, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces and experiences for websites and applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to craft visually appealing and functional designs that meet the needs of the end users. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of user behavior to ensure intuitive and engaging interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey.
• Collaborate with designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Implement designs using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine the design process.
• Develop responsive design solutions across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
• Improve the usability and accessibility of the user interface based on feedback and best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are integrated into the final product.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Research and analyse user behavior and requirements to drive the design process.
• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to showcase design concepts.
• Conduct usability testing to ensure the effectiveness and ease of use of designs.
• Ensure seamless collaboration with development teams to bring designs to life.
• Stay current with industry trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio of design work showcasing a range of web and mobile projects.
• Follow Design principles and Guidelines
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, contributing to a collaborative design process.
