Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing engaging and user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, visually appealing interfaces.



Roles & Responsibilities



Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of

the customer, user journeys, and usability findings.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups to clearly illustrate how interfaces

function and look.

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to

incorporate user-centric design solutions.

Ensure the consistency of designs across various products while adhering to brand

standards and design guidelines.

Contribute to and maintain the design system for scalable and efficient design

processes.

Conduct user research and A/B tests to validate design solutions, iterating based on

feedback and data insights.



Skills



Experience: 3-5 years in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.

Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first design.

Strong understanding of usability and UX design principles, with experience conducting user research.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for prototyping can be an additional advantage.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
