Job Description

:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team at QualiMatrix. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating user-centered designs and be proficient in a variety of design tools and software.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create user-friendly, visually appealing, responsive UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Blender.
• Flutterflow - Low Code Platform
• Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing results.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer in an IT service-based company.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Blender and Flutterflow.
• Excellent understanding of SASS (Syntactically Awesome Style Sheets) for efficient CSS development.
• Solid portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design projects and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
