Job Summary:

Agnito Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with over 5 years of experience to join our remote team. This role involves creating user-centered designs that align with business goals and enhance the customer experience. As a Senior Designer, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping and testing, ensuring our digital experiences are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

• User-Centric Design: Conduct comprehensive user research and apply insights to design solutions that meet user needs and improve usability.
• Conceptualization & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• UI Design: Create polished, high-fidelity UI designs that align with Agnito Technologies' brand guidelines and usability best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to refine and deliver the best user experience.
• Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance designs continuously.
• Maintain Design Consistency: Establish and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure uniformity across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 5+ years in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile design.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other UX/UI design software.
• Knowledge of Design Principles: Deep understanding of UX principles, user-centered design practices, and accessibility standards.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on balancing user needs with business goals.
• Communication: Strong verbal and visual communication skills, able to articulate and present ideas clearly.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, CSS).
• Experience in conducting and applying user research and usability testing results.
• Knowledge of motion design and prototyping tools such as After Effects.
