Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across products.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for a seamless user experience across multiple platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Translate business requirements into visually appealing and functional design solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry standards to drive innovation and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the final product aligns with design specifications and delivers a high-quality user experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design strategies.
• Strong visual design skills with a focus on UI design and layout.
• Ability to conduct user research, testing, and analysis to improve designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design practices.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus but not mandatory.
