We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to design and implement high-quality user experiences across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• ? User Research : Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences,
• and pain points. Utilize surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather
• insights.
• ? Wireframing and Prototyping : reate wireframes, prototypes, and high
• fidelity mockups to visualize and test design ideas.
• ? UI Design: Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces for web
• and mobile applications, adhering to brand guidelines.
• ? UX Design : Develop user journey maps, personas, and user flows to ensure a
• seamless user experience.
• ? Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product
• managers, developers, and marketing, to ensure design feasibility and
• alignment with business goals.
• ? Usability Testing : Conduct usability testing to identify and address usability
• issues, ensuring a user-centric design approach.
• ? Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools,
• and technologies. Continuously improve design processes and methodologies..

Qualifications:

• ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in UI/UX Designer or a related
• field is preferred.
• ? Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer in any
• industry.
• ? Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate better
• collaboration with developers.
• ? Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• ? Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Ability to design
• inclusive and accessible experiences for all users.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
