Overview: We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer proficient in Figma to join our innovative team. As a UI/UX Designer specializing in Figma, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that delight our users. Your expertise in Figma will be instrumental in shaping the user experience across our digital platforms. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to gather and understand user requirements.
- Design user interface elements such as menus, tabs, forms, and widgets using Figma.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing.
- Ensure designs comply with usability and accessibility standards.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems in Figma.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in UI/UX design using Figma.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of Figma projects.
- Proficiency in using Figma for designing interfaces, prototypes, and interactive elements.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in creating responsive designs and optimizing user interfaces for various devices.
- Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in mobile app design and/or web design.
- Understanding of SEO principles and their impact on design decisions.
