You will work closely with product managers, marketing, engineering, and customers to create seamless and intuitive user experiences tailored for diverse personas contributing to structured content component management lifecycle.This position requiring excellent communication skills, creative thinking, strong follow-up abilities, and good problem-solving and analytical skills. You will strive to deliver product that elevates user experiences. This is a full-time position based out of our India office.xc2xb7 Develop user journeys targeted for different personas based on user research, interviews, and usability testing.xc2xb7 Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mock-ups using Adobe XD, Figma or similar tools.xc2xb7 Define and implement UX guidelines to ensure consistency across products.xc2xb7 Iterate on designs based on usability metrics, customer feedback, and industry best practices.xc2xb7 Work closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to translate functional and workflow requirements into user-centred designs.xc2xb7 Ensure accessibility (WCAG) compliance and responsive design in the product implementation.xc2xb7 Conduct A/B testing and heuristic evaluations to validate designs.xc2xb7 Stay updated on enterprise UX trends and emerging content management technologies.xc2xb7 Leverage AI-Assisted Wireframing & Predictive UXxc2xb7 Work closely with Product Owner and Documentation Specialist to ensure cohesive collaboration and successful delivery of product.What were looking for:xc2xb7 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for enterprise SaaS or content management platforms.xc2xb7 Experience in Adobe XD, Figma or similar design tools.xc2xb7 Expertise in user experience (UX) principles and a record of improving the user journey.xc2xb7 Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and prototyping.xc2xb7 Experience with accessibility and compliance standards (WCAG, Section 508).xc2xb7 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.xc2xb7 Good presentation & demo skills to present UI/ UX updates to stakeholders.xc2xb7 Proficiency in agile methodologies.xc2xb7 Creative thinker with a high attention to detail.xc2xb7 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.xc2xb7 Experience with AI-Assisted Wireframing and conversational interfaces is a plus.xc2xb7 Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints is a plus.xc2xb7 Experience with Content Component Management System and AI is a plus.The Opportunity:Join Quark to make a meaningful difference to a cutting-edge SaaS product that transforms enterprise content management.
