• Hands-on experience with XD, Figma, iOS/Android App Design, Design Systems, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe, and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS (SCSS).
• Must be able to work on React and Angular.

• Develop design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and design best practices.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs, providing guidance and support during the development process.
• Ensure that the final product meets the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and visual design.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality of designs.

Requirements:

• Proven 10 years experience as a UI/UX designer or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in tools such as XD, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe, and Illustrator.
• Experience in designing for iOS and Android platforms, considering platform-specific guidelines and best practices.
• Solid understanding of design systems and their implementation.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS (SCSS) is a plus.
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of user research techniques and usability testing methodologies.
