Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design Creation:
• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites, apps, and other digital platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• User Research & Testing:
• Conduct user research to understand target audience needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop user personas and customer journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Collaboration & Strategy:
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and content creators to align design goals with business objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Design Consistency:
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Advocate for best practices in design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (knowledge of development is a plus).
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing feedback.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
