Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled UI/UX Designer to create user-centered designs that deliver outstanding experiences across web, mobile, and immersive platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of user behavior, a keen eye for design aesthetics, and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

User Research & Analysis:

• Conduct user research, usability tests, and competitive analysis to guide design decisions.
• Gather insights to inform the design process and ensure user-centric outcomes.

Information Architecture & Design:

• Develop clear and intuitive site maps, wireframes, and user flows.
• Design and iterate prototypes based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
• Visualize design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

UI Design:

• Craft aesthetically pleasing, pixel-perfect user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate functionality and appearance.
• Design graphic interface elements like menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Collaborate with developers to prepare and implement design assets, ensuring integrity post-development.
• Ensure a consistent user experience across devices with responsive design techniques.

UX Design:

• Conceptualize and design user journey flows using lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes.
• Create innovative solutions for immersive experiences in AR, VR, and the Metaverse.
• Work closely with product and tech teams to align designs with business objectives.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Partner with product managers, developers, and UI teams to align design deliverables.
• Present design concepts and ideas clearly to stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects across web and mobile platforms.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of prototyping tools like Builder X and Flutterflow.
• Experience with motion design and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Understanding of user behavior in e-commerce, network, and lending solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present design ideas effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
