• Min 1 year experience
• Good communication skills
• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or front-end developer.
• Strong understanding of design principles, user experience methodologies, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and development tools (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and tailor training content accordingly.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring others.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX Design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles, design methodologies, and front-end development technologies. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our clients, covering a wide range of topics, from foundational design concepts to advanced development techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive training curricula aligned with industry best practices and client-specific needs.
• Create engaging and effective learning materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises.
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and online.
• Tailor training content to different learner levels and learning styles.
• Collaborate with clients to customize training programs.
• Work closely with the training team to ensure consistency and quality across all training programs.
• Contribute to the development of new training offerings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
