Exthgen Technologies LLP is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing user-centric interfaces and experiences has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals and brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
• Degree or certification in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?43,378.63 per month
