Position : UI/UX Designer
Experience : Minimum 2 Years
Location : Kochi (On-Site)
Salary : ?20,000 - ?25,000 per month
Availability : Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications. Candidates with animation and 3D design skills will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• UI Design : Create engaging and user-friendly designs for web and mobile platforms.
• UX Research : Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather actionable insights.
• Wireframing & Prototyping : Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma , Adobe XD , or Sketch .
• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with project goals and user needs.
• Animation & 3D : Incorporate animations and 3D elements to enhance the visual appeal and interactivity of designs.
• Usability Testing : Analyze user feedback and conduct usability tests to refine designs and improve user experience.
• Responsive Design : Ensure designs are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Iteration & Improvement : Continuously enhance designs based on feedback, data, and evolving trends.
• Documentation : Create and maintain style guides, design systems, and other relevant documentation.

Requirements

• Experience : At least 2 years as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Design Tools : Proficiency in tools such as Figma , Sketch , Adobe XD , or similar.
• User-Centered Design : Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Wireframing & Prototyping : Expertise in creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Responsive Design : Familiarity with responsive design best practices.
• Animation & 3D : Experience in creating animations and working with 3D design tools (preferred).
• Bonus Skills : Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design , Human-Computer Interaction , or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and case studies.
