Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer with experience in designing intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for iOS and Android mobile apps, as well as Angular web applications. This role will focus on enhancing customer experiences by integrating POS systems with loyalty points for restaurants, ensuring smooth and seamless interaction across all platforms and devices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating outstanding user interfaces and experiences, with a strong understanding of mobile and web application design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Development: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for both iOS and Android mobile apps, as well as Angular-based web applications that integrate with restaurant POS systems and loyalty programs.
• User- oriented Design: Focus on creating user-centric designs by conducting user research, usability testing, and analysing user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
• POS System Integration: Collaborate with developers to design the UI/UX for features related to restaurant POS systems, including loyalty points, payment processing, and order management.
• Loyalty Program UI/UX: Design seamless interfaces for loyalty programs, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience for users to earn, track, and redeem points.
• Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure a consistent design and user experience across mobile (iOS and Android) and web (Angular) platforms, optimizing for different screen sizes and devices.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that convey the user journey and functionality clearly.
• UI Components and Style Guides: Develop and maintain reusable UI components, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with back-end developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to align design solutions with project requirements and business goals.
• Responsive Design: Ensure the applications are fully responsive and accessible across a wide range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers.
• Testing and Iteration: Conduct usability tests to gather user feedback and make design adjustments as needed to improve overall user satisfaction.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize designs for performance, ensuring that applications load quickly and provide a smooth, lag-free user experience.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices to continually improve design quality and user engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
? Education : A Bachelor's Degree & A strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web UI/UX projects, especially those related to POS systems, e-commerce, or loyalty programs.
? Experience : 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web applications (Angular).
Technical & Soft Skills :
Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
Design Knowledge : Expertise in UI/UX principles, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design for both mobile and web applications.
Mobile and Web Integration : Experience designing cross-platform applications, with a focus on integrating POS systems and loyalty programs for restaurants.
User-Centered Design : Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with a focus on improving user engagement and satisfaction.
Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges and create effective, user-friendly solutions.
Collaboration : Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Loyalty Program Knowledge : Familiarity with designing interfaces for loyalty programs and customer engagement features.
Responsive and Adaptive Design : Proficiency in designing for various screen sizes, ensuring a consistent user experience across mobile and web platforms.
Attention to Detail : Exceptional attention to detail in design, ensuring pixel-perfect layouts and smooth user interactions.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to present design ideas clearly and effectively to clients and team members.
