Job Title : UI/UX Designer
Experience : 2 Years
Salary : ?20,000 - ?25,000 per month
Location :Kochi (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities :

• UI Design : Create visually appealing, user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications.
• UX Research : Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping : Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver designs that align with project goals and user needs.
• Usability Testing : Analyze user feedback and conduct usability tests to improve the design and user experience.
• Responsive Design : Ensure designs are responsive across various devices and screen sizes.
• Design Iteration : Continuously improve the design based on user feedback, data, and evolving trends.
• Documentation : Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design systems.

Requirements :

• Experience : At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Skills :
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (but not required).
• Familiarity with responsive design principles.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
