We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 1 years of professional experience in web and mobile app design. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centred design principles and be capable of translating business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics.

### Duties and Responsibilities:


• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and testing to identify user needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement design solutions.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual elements across platforms.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and tools.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability tests.
• Document design guidelines and maintain a design system for scalable solutions.
### Education



Bachelor's degree in fields like Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related areas/Any Graduate


### Experience



• Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing work on both web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design practices.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with usability testing and analyzing user feedback.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
